Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g ham, raw, finely diced
- 150 g cooked ham, diced
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 125 ml cream, whipped
- 250 g bacon, for the loaf pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the margarine with eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, flour, and baking powder to form a batter. Stir in both types of ham, grated Gouda, parsley, and whipped cream. Line a loaf pan with bacon and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C (convection oven) for approximately 1 hour.
