Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets, pike fillets 150g each
- lemon juice
- Salt
- 50 g bacon, fattier
- 1 tbsp oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Rinse the fish under cold running water and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice, pat dry, and sprinkle with salt. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in the oil. Then remove the bacon cubes. Fry the fillets for about 6 minutes on each side, arrange on a preheated platter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
