Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g margarine
- 1 bag of ready-made onion soup mix
- 2 packets of yeast
- ¼ liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Mix thoroughly and let rise until doubled in size. Shape into 2 baguettes, score lightly, and let rest on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes. PLEASE bake with a sense of proportion!
