Baked feta with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick vegetarian dinner

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and feta, season with salt and pepper. Add a few drops of oil (olive oil is delicious) and pour into a baking dish. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes, until the feta cheese is lightly browned. Serve with garlic baguette or toast! Super quick and easy! Be careful, not all feta turns brown; sometimes it melts.
