Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) salmon, smoked, thinly sliced
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp double cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • e.g. baguette(s), sliced
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Tastes very good for brunch

Spread a suitable piece of cling film into a rectangle approximately 20 cm x 30 cm. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top. Mix together the double cream cheese, softened butter, double cream, crushed garlic clove, and basil. Spread the mixture over the salmon. Carefully roll up using the film. Wrap the salmon roll in the film and freeze for 2-3 hours. Cut into thin slices before eating and arrange on buttered baguette slices.
