Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • Salt
  • oil
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fondor
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, trim the leek and slice it into thin rings. Dice the cooked ham. Combine everything in a large bowl. Season with salt, Fondor, oil, and vinegar. Finally, add the cayenne pepper and mix everything together. Caution: Don’t add too much cayenne pepper at once; season to taste. This salad is very spicy.
