Corn-chili bread

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g corn flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 chili pepper(s), green, pitted and chopped
  • 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 125 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, chilies, and onions. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream and oil and knead thoroughly with the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased, approximately 20cm baking dish, smooth the surface, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes until risen and lightly browned.
