Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk, lukewarm
- 50 g fat, soft, possibly melted
- 1 tsp honey, liquid
- 400 g wheat flour (type 405)
- 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 sachet of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp poppy seeds, possibly slightly roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Add all ingredients one after the other to the BBA. Program: Whole Wheat, Brownness: Dark, Size: 1
