Poppy seed spiced bread for the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk, lukewarm
  • 50 g fat, soft, possibly melted
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid
  • 400 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp poppy seeds, possibly slightly roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add all ingredients one after the other to the BBA. Program: Whole Wheat, Brownness: Dark, Size: 1
