Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 325 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g chocolate flakes

Sift the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and mix with a mixer, first on low speed, then on high, for about 3 minutes until creamy. Fold in the chocolate chips. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 60 minutes.
