Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of bread mix
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 150 g ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 30 minutes

Using the bread mix, prepare a batter according to the instructions and bake in a round springform pan (for cakes). Let the bread cool, then cut it in half crosswise. Now layer the cake. Spread the first layer of bread with herbed cream cheese, place ham and cucumber slices on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Place the second layer of bread on top and spread with herbed cream cheese again. Place the salmon on top and spread with horseradish. Place the last layer of bread on top and spread with cream cheese. Spread the entire cake with cream cheese. Decorate the top of the bread cake with peppers, radishes, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and chives. It’s best to refrigerate the cake overnight so the cream cheese can soak in and the bread cake doesn’t become too dry.
