Chocolate Crossies with white chocolate

Slowly melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, while toasting the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Once the chocolate has melted, stir in the lemon zest, toasted sesame seeds, and vanilla extract, if desired. Then add the cornflakes and stir well. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it set in a cool place, ideally overnight. Dust with cinnamon at the end, if desired. Store in a cool place (not in the refrigerator).
