Cucumber salad with radishes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 8 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber, peel strips, and slice thinly. Mix a salad dressing with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Finely chop the chives and add them. Pour the salad dressing over the cucumber slices and let it stand for about 15 minutes. Trim, wash, and thinly slice the radishes. Mix them into the cucumber salad and serve immediately. Serve with fresh baguette bread.
