Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of lemonade (Club Mate)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 cl gin
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup(s) oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Simply mix all the ingredients and bake in a springform pan at 180°C for about 40 minutes. You may need to bake for a little longer or less, depending on your oven. You can add more sugar, lemon juice, or gin to taste. Alternatively, you can also use the Club Mate Winter Edition.
