Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp tiger nuts (flakes)
- 1 tsp almond(s) (almond butter)
- 1 tsp flower pollen
- 1 apple
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
