Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and quick – but delicious

Pour the milk and eggs into a bowl and mix well. Combine the sugar and cinnamon on a flat plate. Melt a little butter in a pan and wait until it’s hot enough. Then, dip the slices of toast in batches, one at a time, in the milk and egg mixture, then fry them on both sides until golden brown. Then simply roll both sides of the toast in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve immediately.
