Broccoli – Carrots – Raw vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large broccoli
  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s), cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp raisins, optionally soaked in apple juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • herbal salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Ginger powder
  • some cashew nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and trim the broccoli and cut it into very small florets. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. For the dressing, combine the cream, oil, and apple cider vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and ginger powder. Mix the dressing with the vegetables and raisins and garnish with a few cashew nuts.
