Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g sugar
- 80 g cocoa powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for children, but not only….
All ingredients are mixed in a bowl until thick, then poured into a greased cake pan. The chocolate bread is baked in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for just under an hour (test with a toothpick to see if it’s done). Then let it stand for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan and enjoying it while still warm. Spread some butter on top and serve with a sliced apple – a delicious snack.
