Strawberry Flip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, pureed
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 cl Amaretto
  • 4 cl rum
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

fruity sweet

Mix the pureed strawberries with the remaining ingredients thoroughly (I use a Thermomix for this). The flip is ready to serve. It tastes wonderfully fruity and sweet, and you can barely taste the alcohol. Tips: Depending on the sweetness of the strawberries, you can use less sugar. If you want the flip to be a bit stronger, simply double the amount of alcohol.
