  • 500 g flour (spelt), type 630
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 ml milk (lactose-free)
  • 7 g dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 3 minutes

This bread is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers

Place all ingredients into the bread maker. If adjustable, set the crust to light. Baking program: 3 hours (Level II).
