Tarte flambée with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried or fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 400 g dough (yeast dough), homemade or from the refrigerated section
  • Flour for rolling out

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (200 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Wash and trim the spring onions and slice diagonally into rings. Mix the sour cream and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. Roll out the dough (either on a baking sheet or into round pizza bases for a baking stone). Spread the sour cream thinly over the onions, arrange the spring onions and tuna on top, and bake for about 10 minutes.
