Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 240 g sugar
- 250 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 140 ml milk
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 200 g chocolate (milk or dark)
- Rum flavor

Suitable for WW, makes 60 brownies à 1.8 P
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Melt the low-fat margarine and stir in the milk. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Chop or grate the chocolate and fold it in, then season the batter with flavoring. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Cut into 60 cubes while still warm.
