Homemade Pickles

The perfect homemade pickles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Fresh cucumbers (pickled cucumbers)
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 2 Garlic clove peeled and bumped
  • 0,5 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Freezer bag / plastic bag
  1. Wash the pickling cucumbers thoroughly and cut off both ends. Place the cucumber, peeled garlic cloves, salt and dill in a plastic bag. Close the bag and shake the contents several times. When the ingredients are well mixed, place the bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Finished!
