Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 500 flour
  • 50 Feta cheese, diced
  • 50 olives, chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

White bread with feta, olives, and paprika, for a 26cm springform pan Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir to combine. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Pour in the water and vinegar and knead everything well. Add the remaining chopped ingredients and knead briefly again. Place the dough in a greased round 26cm springform pan and place in a cold oven on the middle rack. Do not let the bread prove! Set the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat), or 180°C (fan oven) and bake the bread for 60 minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 10 minutes if necessary. Tip: The amounts of feta, olives, and paprika can be varied.
