Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 packs of cookies (Oreo)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cups of cream cheese (approx. 200 g each)
- 170 g sugar
- 450 g sour cream
- 225 g peanut butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes
Crumble 16-20 Oreo cookies, mix with the melted butter, and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer. Add the sour cream, peanut butter, and eggs and mix well. Crumble the remaining cookies and mix enough into the batter to sprinkle on top. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and sprinkle the remaining cookies on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F (175°C), let cool, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
