Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Parmesan
  • 3 chili peppers, dried
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Finely grind the fennel seeds and chili. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Place a level teaspoon of Parmesan cheese on the baking sheet. Press into cookies with a spoon – they should be very thin. Sprinkle some of the chili-fennel mixture over the top. Place in the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the second baking sheet. When the baking sheet comes out of the oven, wait a moment and then remove the chips with a spatula. Allow to cool and then place them in a tin. They can be stored for about 10 days. The following spices can also be used alternatively: – Thyme – Rosemary – Garlic – A mixture of these
