Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 160 ml oil
  • 250 ml buttermilk

Very quick and easy, even for baking beginners

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk and mix. Bake as is or add other toppings, such as grated cheese, diced ham, diced salami, olives, fried onions, and chopped herbs. Fill muffin tins and bake immediately at 175°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven) for about 20-25 minutes.
