Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g bulgur, or more if desired
- 200 g minced meat, mixed or beef
- 1 pack of buttered vegetables, frozen
- 1 pack of feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese
- chili
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Working Mum Dinner No. 1
Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions. Fry the ground beef until crumbly and cooked through. Add the vegetables and let them soften. Dice the feta and mix it with the bulgur and the ground beef and vegetable mixture. Season to taste with chili and pepper.
