Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 2 pairs of Bockwurst
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • herbs (according to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Cook the rice. Slice the sausages, zucchini, bell peppers, and leeks. Brown the sausages, then remove from the pan. Brown the zucchini, then add the leeks, bell peppers, and herbs. Return the sausages. Season everything. Add the cooked rice and mix. If desired, you can then stir in Parmesan cheese.
