Noodles with meatball and mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 10 meatballs, ready
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • some broth, granulated
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Working Mum Dinner No. 2

Cook the pasta. I always make lots of meatballs in the oven, freeze them in batches, and thaw them as needed. Alternatively, you can use ready-made meatballs. Sauté them with the mushrooms. Add the tomatoes and simmer. Season with granulated stock and pepper and serve with the pasta. Serve with a green salad.
