Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 15 g ginger
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, vegan spread

Peel the carrots, onion, and ginger. Wash the parsley. Chop everything into large pieces and place it in a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth. (Of course, you can also finely grate the vegetables, but that’s considerably more work.) Add the oil. Season everything generously with salt and pepper, and perhaps a pinch of sugar, and let it sit for a while.
