Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 handful of daisy leaves
- 1 handful of dandelions
- some daisy blossoms
- lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Toss the prepared herbs in a marinade of lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil, then sprinkle the salad with daisy blossoms and serve as a small lunchtime appetizer.
