  • 1 handful of daisy leaves
  • 1 handful of dandelions
  • some daisy blossoms
  • lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toss the prepared herbs in a marinade of lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil, then sprinkle the salad with daisy blossoms and serve as a small lunchtime appetizer.
