Heavenly tender apple pancakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 45 g flour
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for frying
  • Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the flour and milk together well. Stir in the beaten egg, vanilla sugar, and salt. Let the batter rest a little. Meanwhile, wash and peel the apple, and cut it into thin slices. Melt the butter in a pan and—when it sizzles—add half or all of the batter, depending on the size of the pan. Quickly arrange the apple slices on top and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and enjoy. Tip: If you have some apple slices and batter left over at the end, but there aren’t enough leftovers for a whole pancake, you can simply roll the fruit pieces in the batter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and add them to the pan.
