Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Slice the tomato and place it on a flat plate. Slice the mozzarella and place one slice next to each tomato slice. Sprinkle with a chopped or diced garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
