Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 tsp curry paste, red
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tsp mango chutney
- e.g. curry powder
- e.g. turmeric powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and marinate it with the red curry paste and a dash of olive oil. Then fry it in a pan until golden brown. Add the coconut milk and cream and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the mango chutney to the sauce and finally season with curry powder and turmeric powder.
