Chicken "Paprika"

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp margarine
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp, leveled flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the chopped onion in the margarine and fry the chicken until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken stock and simmer until the meat is cooked through. Then remove the meat and keep warm. Mix the crème fraîche with the flour, stir into the meat juices, and let stand for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken fillets and serve. Serve with pasta or rice and a fresh salad.
