Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 150 g goat’s cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and pit the avocado, and puree it in a blender. In a bowl, combine the goat’s cheese with the avocado puree. Stir in the cream, lemon juice, olive oil, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with grilled food and fondue.
