Raspberry crumble with cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter or margarine, cold
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • 1 pack of raspberries (frozen)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quickly knead the flour, baking powder, butter, and sugar into crumbles with your fingers. Place the frozen raspberries in a baking dish and mix with the cornstarch and vanilla sugar. Spread the crumbles over the berries. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 35-45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
