Apple pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples, sweet
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • some milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the flour with a splash of milk and the egg yolk. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the vanilla sugar, and fold into the other mixture. Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Pour the batter into the heated pan in two portions, divide the apple slices between the pancakes, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
