Bolognese currywurst with spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • oil
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 250 ml broth
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 3 tbsp curry
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. rosemary
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. oregano
  • 3 grilled sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry in a pan with oil. Wash, peel, and finely chop the carrot. Add it to the pan with the minced meat and fry. Deglaze with the stock and passata, add the curry, and season to taste. Chop the sausage and add it to the simmering sauce, allowing it to warm through. Season to taste if desired. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and serve with the sauce.
