Creamy Cabanossi pasta pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, e.g. B. Fussili or macaroni
  • 1 cup cream or semi-skimmed cream
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 Cabanossi
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain through a sieve. Finely chop the Cabanossi. Peel and deseed the cucumber, and also finely chop it. In a pan or saucepan, add the cream, Cabanossi, and cucumber and season with pepper and about a level teaspoon of salt. Simmer the sauce uncovered until the cucumber is tender. Now add the pasta, stir everything well, and serve hot. Tip: We like it best with cucumber. Mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, or leeks also go very well.
