Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (gyro spice)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple and delicious

Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a bowl. Peel the onions and slice them into thin half rings. Finely dice the garlic cloves and add them. Now add the oil and gyro seasoning (1 or 2 tablespoons, depending on your taste) and stir well. Let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, then fry it in a pan. If you like, you can also fry the meat immediately.
