Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp semolina

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the milk, add salt, sugar, and semolina, and stir a few times. If you notice the porridge starting to stiffen, remove it from the heat immediately, otherwise it will become too stiff. Caution: Do not let it boil!
