Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g sausage (Lyoner)
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the Lyoner and cheese into thin strips, and cut the bell pepper and onion into very thin rings. Place the mixture in a bowl. Mix everything with vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Let it marinate for about 4 hours.
