Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can of smoked fish (mackerel fillet in its own juice and vegetable oil)
- 1 small onion(s), finely diced
- ¼ tube(s) mayonnaise, low-fat salad cream
- ½ pack of parsley, frozen
- 150 g double cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
10-minute dip, delicious as a spread
Place the smoked mackerel fillet and its liquid into a bowl and mash it very finely with a fork. Add the onion and parsley. The amounts for cream cheese and salad dressing are approximate; simply add enough until it’s nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt (carefully!), pepper, and garlic granules.
