Smoked mackerel dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of smoked fish (mackerel fillet in its own juice and vegetable oil)
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • ¼ tube(s) mayonnaise, low-fat salad cream
  • ½ pack of parsley, frozen
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

10-minute dip, delicious as a spread

Place the smoked mackerel fillet and its liquid into a bowl and mash it very finely with a fork. Add the onion and parsley. The amounts for cream cheese and salad dressing are approximate; simply add enough until it’s nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt (carefully!), pepper, and garlic granules.
