Tuna cream Kurmainzer style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s), red, very finely diced
  • 2 cups of processed cheese, 200 grams each
  • 2 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and finely diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick side dish to potatoes or on bread

Preparation is very simple. Simply place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until smooth. It also works with a food processor; just add everything and mix for 1 minute. Serve with potatoes and bread.
