Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cup(s) whole wheat flour (the cup has a volume of 200 ml)
  • ½ cup wheat flour type 405
  • ½ cup carob
  • 500 ml lukewarm water (may vary depending on the type of flour)
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sesame, unhulled

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place all ingredients except sesame seeds in a deep bowl and knead with lukewarm water until a firm dough forms. Shape the dough as desired, add a little water to the surface to help the sesame seeds adhere. Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds and place it in the oven at 35°C for 20 minutes. Then bake it for about 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
