Quick buckwheat porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp, heaped buckwheat, finely ground
  • 1 cup of water or black tea or hot cocoa, approx. 125 ml
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sweet cream or sour cream
  • 1 tsp jam or preserves, e.g. orange marmalade or nut cream
  • 1 handful of berries, e.g. raspberries or other fruit e.g. bananas
  • n. B. sugar, optionally vanilla sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • n. B. herbs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

vegetarian, wholegrain, with buckwheat meal

Place the buckwheat groats and a pinch of salt in a cereal bowl and gradually pour over hot water, black tea, or cocoa. Stir until the groats have absorbed the liquid and the desired consistency is reached. This can be prepared at the breakfast table in a variety of ways, sweet or savory.
