Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g pumpkin flesh
- 1 cube of yeast
- 50 g honey
- 20 g butter
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Pumpkin bread in the TM
Place the pumpkin in large pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7. Depending on whether you want large pieces or no pieces in the bread, you may need to increase or decrease the time. Now add the yeast, honey, and butter and mix for 2 minutes at 40 degrees Celsius on speed 2. Add the flour, milk, and salt and mix for 2.5 minutes on the kneading setting. Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour in the dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) or 180 degrees Celsius (fan). Place the bread in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
