Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g pumpkin flesh, pureed
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g margarine, liquid
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 40 minutes (the dough should have visibly risen). Then pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 40 minutes.
